∙ 10y agoThe Nintendo 3DS does not have PictoChat. Instead it has SwapNote which has an e-mail type format rather than chat room.

∙ 10y agoYou cannot download pictochat as the 3DS does not support it. However, you can download Swapnote which is a similar application as pictochat.
