Yes, Winco carries a number of Gluten Free flours. They have White and Brown Rice flours, Soy flour, Almond Flour, Buckwheat Flour, and a GF baking blend in the bulk section, as well as Bob's Red Mill, GF Bisquick, and a few other GF baking products in the regular baking aisle. All the bulk GF products are located on the top row in pour-out bins (no scoops) to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Not all GF products may be clearly labeled as Gluten-Free due to the cross-contamination risk and upcoming changes in labelling laws in the US.
