Mormons don't necessarily have a food diet per say they don't believe in drinking caffeine, drink alcohol or beer, smoking, drugs, or basically most things other churches consider morally wrong. i mean, they don't drink coffee, tea, wine, beer, etc. And you can trust me, I'm Mormon, I would know.
Mormons eat all kinds of food just like everyone else. They do have a set a rules called the Word of Wisdom, which restricts some of the stuff they drink and eat. They do not believe in drinking coffee, tea, or any alcoholic drink. They also don't believe in tobacco or cigarettes. Mostly the Word of Wisdom states not to consume anything that will hurt the body.
