when you got a bike go north from mauville city with an acro bike and two of the Pokemon in daycare you want to level up. go north towards lava ridge town but before you reach the ashes there will be a house with a healing granny and a slope uphill. stand in front of the slope and push up button. get something of weight to held up button for a long time and let it stay overnight. next morning your Pokemon in daycare will be gone much levels up.
(short)
-get a bike and Pokemon knowing rock smash or fly.
-put 2 Pokemon for leveling in daycare. (or one)
-get acro bike (not mach bike as it is much slower for leveling, believe me acro is better)
-go to route 111 "old lady's rest stop"
-stay before the slope uphill and ride up "against it"
because you cant get up with an acro bike you will be put back on step every time you try to ride the slope. in this way you can infinite (till your batteries have run dry on your game boy have been crashed) ride up the hill and get steps which count each for 1 exp for your Pokemon in the daycare.
when you come back after a few hours with this "autotrainer" you will see your Pokemon got up a lot levels and gained very much experience.

by the way this is one of the very very few ways to get fast level up with less playing...
second thing is... use a game boy advances Sp because you can use a adapter for it. in this way you battery's wont run dry overnight and wont cause you to lose the time spend on "auto training"
