You must converse with their spiritual leader and haggle a price with him. He usually settles for about $25 million dollars and a lifetime supply of garlic bread. They loved them some garlic bread. Anyways, the U.S was suffering from a bread shortage at the time. So, instead of bread, they gave them suntan lotion to convert them into White people and they ultimately gave them the island for free. Then, the Japanese took it in 1995. :(
