Help Please..Not sure what to do.. my 17 year old niece just told me that my daughters fiancee 28 years old forced her to have sex with him and she is afraid to tell my daughter... what should I do?

Forcing a 17 year old to have sex is both rape and child abuse; take this matter to the police. I doubt that a rapist and child abuser would be a good husband for your daughter, so there is no reason to try to protect him.
