One way would simply be to exercise less. For example, if you walk about half an hour each day, you burn roughly 150 calories. If you were to quit doing so without reducing your calorie intake, you will be able to gain about 1 pound a month.

Another way would be not to eat more food, but to change the types of food you eat. Try eating foods which have more calories, vitamins or minerals, instead of those high in sugar of fat. Drinking mixed juices would also help increase your calorie intake. If you mean that you are gaining weight even though you aren't eating, this is because when you eat you store the sugars, but if you have too much sugar it turns into fat, if u haven't eaten, your body stores the sugar into fat to be used later four energy and for you to function probably, but if you aren't eating, you need up storing more fat to help with maintaining your normal body function!
