People have different ways of doing it. I have 3 ways i can do it.
One is by simply pushing your fingers down towards the palm of your hand.
Another way is by pushing them back into the knuckle, and bending the middle joint of your finger. (if that makes sense..)
Another way is by cracking your fingers sideways. This is more difficult but it's what i do without realising :P Place your thumb on one of your fingers, and your index finger on the other side of that finger, then pull your index finger towards you.
I'm not encouraging you to do it as to all the rumours about Arthritis and wearing down cartilage and what not, but it's become a habit of mine when i get nervous or bored.. it also doesn't help that I'm a figit and need to be doing something constantly :P
What's really happening when you "crack" your knuckles:The noise you hear is actually the creating of small bubbles of nitrogen. This is an absolutely harmless thing to do despite all the "old wife's tales" to the contrary.
Zebras do not have knuckles since they do not have hands; they have hooves.
knuckles has strength speed and skill but vector has strength but knuckles is stronger
I'm not 100% what brass knuckles were actually made for but i do know what people use them for..., its a metal thing that fits around your knuckles and you punch someone when you have it on.. it will hurt alot.
nitrogen
No he doesn't crack his knuckles. That's just his character name.
what makes knuckles crack is carbon dioxide bubbles in your knuckles along with cartilage.
You can't. They get bigger as you crack them. Don't crack your knuckles or you'll resort to big knuckles!
No!
Not everyone can crack their knuckles. About half of those people who responded to an online poll could 'always' crack their knuckles, while a third could 'sometimes'. That leaves about 15 percent that said they could not crack their knuckles.
To crack your knuckles you simply pull back your knuckles in a 45 degree angle and it has to be up to 45 or else you might hurt your hand.
2 out of every 3 Americans crack their knuckles. There are some theories that say cracking the knuckles may be harmful and can cause arthritis.

No. Cracking your knuckles does not cause your hands to swell.
There is no indication that cracking your knuckles is harmful.
Yes, depending on how often you do it. If you crack your knuckles a lot then you will continually have to crack them more unless you prevent yourself from doing so. Cracking your knuckles actually releases the nitrogen in between your joints.
