As there's no literal translation of course, you'd just use the same informal greetings Japanese people use.
"Ossu" (say: Ohss) is used fairly often, as is "Hisashiburi" (though that means "hey, it's been a while" kind of thing). Also, you'll often use "Hey how are you?" as an informal greeting, so "Oo, _____-san, genki ka?" (Hey, ____, how are ya?).
It's pretty contextual and there are a lot of possibilities. Those are just a couple of them, so if you're looking for a specific situation or level of formality, let us know.
Commonly, you may say 'konnichiwa' and not offend anyone. Colloquially, (and only to be used among close, close friends) you may say 'oi' or 'ossu.'
