How can God of jesus talk to you at your dream?

The question should not be if He can, but if he will; anything is possible for God. God has many ways of talking to mankind including the songs of birds, the shining of the sun, the smile of a baby, the rain, etc... However, He will use dreams occasionally too!

Prophecy says in Joel 2:28 (KJV):

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

In times past God spoke people through dreams and He can and will continue to do so. But it is important to know what kinds of things he will and will not say. This can be done by learning his character through the study of Scriptures. Be wise and never give up!

This dream could mean just about anything, depending first, on the dreamer's religious faith and second, on what Jesus said in the dream. It is not at all unusual for ardent believers to have dreams about religious figures. The Scriptures are filled with such incidents and the nature of Pentecostal, Charismatic and Evangelical faith encourages such experiences. It would be far more surprising and unusual if a nonbeliever had this dream. ... Then the dreamer must consider the content of what seemed to be spoken by Jesus in the dream. For the dream to be confirmed as a legitimate religious experience, and not merely a figment of the imagination (or pride,) the words attributed to Jesus must conform in every way to the teachings of Christ as revealed in the Scripture, and must direct the dreamer in behavior consistent with Christian character. The best course for the dreamer is to seek out the counsel and guidance of the dreamer's own faith community, rather than the random opinions of an internet forum.

Because he is God.

He talks through our hearts and If you get really close to Jesus personally (like my grandma) then you will actually be able to hear him with your ears.

If you get filled with the Holy Ghost then you get the gifts which stuff like speaking in tongues, discernment, etc.

He talks to you trough his word (The Bible) and whenever you go to church and the preacher preaches something and you feel like the message is referring to you, that is Jesus talking to you.

When you speak in tongues that Is the Holy Spirit LITERALLY speaking FOR you.

I have heard Jesus talk to me once or twice, when you finally hear him it is amazing, you just know its him.

Believing that God spoke to someone in a dream is more credible than believing that God spoke audibly so, for most of the last two thousand years, most claims to communications from God are said to have been in dreams. This suggests that all or most of these claims are fraudulent or delusional.

The other way of looking at it is that God could be powerful enough to communicate in dreams, but not powerful enough to communicate physically.

He can do what he likes, he's god. Just remember that god isn't the only one trying to talk to you. Test what you've heard against what you know of god and see if it fits.
