Revelation 1:17-18 has the "first and last" as he who lives and was dead but is alive forever more. Earlier in the chapter, the same was said to be the Almighty. I would show them that using their bible and then ask when Jehovah died? I would also point out that the letter J is only 500 years old and does not exist in Hebrew or Aramaic. Therefore, it is impossible for God to have been named Jehovah. But remember, a person does not find unless they seek, they do not hear unless they ask a question. Pushing your belief on them when they do not desire to understand what you believe and why is a waste of time. You are better off being their friend and allowing them to SEE Messiah in you.

Q: How can I get a Jehovah's Witness to examine their religion more closely not necessarily have them convert but come to realization of the fallacies and misinterpretations used?
