As far as I know, you can't. If you had a lot of work done in Movie Maker, you may consider rendering (saving the movie file) in Movie Maker and importing the video into Premiere.
The best way would be to start over, you'll still have all of the media you need to make it again.
An Adobe Premiere video editing project file would usually have a .ppj extension.
You can't convert it back into a .MSWMM, but you can import the .wmv file back into Windows Movie Maker and edit it again in a new project.
Open the MSWMM file with Windows Movie Maker. Go to File>Save Movie File and follow from there.
Of course! You just have to import the footage into the right format! You can use Premiere (If you have it and know how), iMovie or Windows Movie maker. Import it on to the editing program and then send it into after effects either by rendering it into a MOV file and importing it or otherwise.
As far as I know, you should be able to import .mov to the trial and pro version, but if you're having troubles just importing files in general, go to file-import-import file.
It is impossible to change a .MSWMM file into any other format.A MSWMM (Microsoft Windows Movie Maker) file can only be viewed/edited in the Windows Movie Maker. In other words, a MSWMM file is a project format specific to the program. To change a MSWMM file into a Standard viewing format (file name extension), simply Publish/Finish the video project. This process mixes-down (exports) the MSWMM format into a Standard viewing format.Once the file is Published/Finished, it can then be converted to a dvr-ms file name extension (or other format) if desired.
The file extension is:.MSWMM
.MSWMM
All you have to do is upload the audio (as an Mp3, etc.) like you upload any other file (movie clips, etc.) by clicking on file in the bar on top, then import or by doing just ctrl+I. Then, just click and drag your audio from the left import area and drop it in the timeline where you want it specifically.
Make sure your sound file is either a WAV file or an MP3 file. (If it is not, you will have to convert it.) From Flash, choose File > Import > Import To Library and open your audio file. Then it will be available in your library where you can drag it to a layer or control it with Actionscript.
The way to do it is: File -> Import -> Import to Stage. And make sure you are importing a SWF file. Make sure it's imported to STAGE as well.
NO. The only program that can open a MSWMM (Microsoft Windows Movie Maker) file is the Windows Movie Maker program. A MSWMM file name extension means the file is still in project form. Until the MSWMM file is exported/published/finished in a Standard viewing format, it can't be read, edited, emailed, uploaded or burned to CD/DVD.
