To know you are eligible for a scholarship or not is real simple. Most organizations will traditionally list their eligibility requirements immediately before or after the description. Requirements are usually listed under other subtitles such as: Field of Study, For Study in (The country you are studying in), and grade level (undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, etc). If all else fails, send an email or contact the committee overseeing the scholarship (but don't expect an immediate response) and remain diligent.
