Well, There is a lot of red tape with that question. Most states REALLY don't like anyone crossing their borders with guns, Unless they are registered to do so, Or have a CCW permit.

My advice would be to dismantle the weapons one by one and fasten all the parts to a board of some kind and store them all in their own separate boxes. Keep these boxes as far away from you (The driver) as possible and not easily accessible by ANYONE in the vehicle. Like the trunk of a car, or a trailer that you are towing.

Sell off, give away or properly dispose of all the ammo (If you get caught with all those together, you could just make it worse for yourself. It'll just make it easier for you in the long run) Just have your nephew buy more ammo.
