If you think you are abused you can contact the CPS and if itś serious they will help you with a foster home. If this is something that goes on but you have never talked to them about it or they have ignored it it can be good with family counseling. Talk to a adult you trust. You are way too young to move out or to get emancipated.

If a 15 year old girl ranaway to her friends and the friends family is like your second family and you live in Missouri what laws or consequences could there be Could the Police bring her back?

If the girl ran away for a good reason, the police shouldn't bring her to her family. Plus she's at her friend's, no need to worry. well. if you didnt have a good reason and your parents are pissed the law will always decide with your parents unless their abusive or neglective to your needs!!

Many BFs, or boyfriends, are not abusive. If a boyfriend is abusive, the girl should leave the relationship and file charges. Do not keep going back to an abuser.

What should become of a teenage girl if she has been selling drugs to make money because her abusive parents kicked her out of the house and why?

If a teen age girl has been kicked out of the house by abusive parents and is selling drugs on the street, she should be placed in a drug rehab center. They have experience in handling such girls. First, she needs a stable environment led by normal adults unlike her parents. She needs to see what normal stable adults are like. Second, she needs to get away from the culture of drugs and sex and calm down. Third, she needs to eat nutritious food and get normal exercise. Fourth, she needs to get back to learning the information and skills that will enable her to obtain gainful legal employment.
