How do you keep your room clean?

I used to have a horrible problem keeping my room clean..... clothes all over the floor, bed not made, desk absolutely covered in stuff. But by using these simple tips, I have managed to keep my room spotless! . First, dedicate one or two days to completely cleaning your room. Go through everything in your room, and make everything have a spot. When deciding to throw stuff out, ask yourself if you've used it in a year. If not, GONZO! Make your room so that everything is in the perfect place, and nothing is out of order. . To keep you room clean, I recommend making labels for all your drawers, containers, and shelves. That way, you will feel guilty if you put something where it does not belong, and put it where it does. This is a simple and easy way to keep everything in place. . Make signs. It may seem dorky at first, but it really helps you break your messy room habit. Make signs on Microsoft Word that say things like, "There better be nothing in this laundry basket!" or "If there's anything on this floor, pick it up!" or "Don't even think about putting anything on this desk!". Hang the signs around your room, and they will instantly motivate you to keep your room spotless. . Assign a day of the week for "cleaning day". This is when you pick up any loose items and put them where they belong. If there are no loose items, (good for you!) then you can also vacuum, dust, and clean your windows. If you keep these things up for about a month, you should break your habit and be totally used to a clean room. (then you can put your signs away too!)

How do you advise the students to keep the class room clean?

Okay, well, every Muslim should know that they should be clean both from inside and outside. They learn to keep their hearts pure and clean of dirtiness (of cursing, hearing music, etc;) they learn from outside to keep their bodies clean (taking a shower, making wudu, etc;). But that's not the only thing that they learn to do. Every human (and Muslim) learns to keep their house tidy, clean, along with all their other belongings. If you are not Muslim, you can try bribing the students to clean their room, or you can just tell them it's for their own benefit. Make your students happy and they'll make you happy.

Why does your room have to be clean?

Ever seen a wild Norwegian rat? They go after forgotten food, dropped candy, and even clothes that have a food smell. Just like what's in your closet that you hope your mom doesn't see. They can get as big as a kitten and have been known to attack small children. They live in cities, suburbs, and rural areas and will come into the house after food or warmth. Like cockroaches? Leave your room dirty and you'll soon have a whole collection of tough, crawly roomies. The big black ones aren't very fast, but they will scare the gee whilikers out of you when they crawl on your bed at night. Ever heard of the brown recluse spider? Its bite is poisonous to humans, and causes muscle erosion. That's right, holes in your muscles because of the bite....if it doesn't kill you first. They hide in clothes that aren't disturbed...like the ones on your floor. These are some of the very real pests and dangers which your parents know about. They spend large amounts of money to get rid of them and keep you safe. But the money is all lost because you invite them into the house by keeping your room in a mess. Ready to clean your room now? Your room should be cleaned from time to time because for one if items sit in one place for a while they get dusty and that is not good for air quality. Also, if you have clutter all over the floors it is a fire hazard (especially if the clutter is covering a heating vent). Also, if you are not careful, the clutter will take over and you will become a hoarder. It is important to at least clean your room once a month and clear out as much trash and items you no longer need as possible. It is also good to clean your room when someone comes over so they do not have difficulty moving around the room. I don't like it either, but it should be done.

It can be quite hard to get kids to clean their room. It depends on things like their age and personallity to get the perfect method, but here are some for younger and older kids. . YOUNGER KIDS . -Make a clean room chart, everyday if their room is clean they get a sticker on the chart. After two weeks or so, if they have reached their goal, or the one you made up, they get a reward like a piece of candy. . - Make it fun! Keeping their toys in a bin makes it a fun game of basketball for the softer toys, or race and see who can clean up more toys, you or the chlid. . - This is like the first one but do REWARDS! If the kid gets a reward, even something as small as a piece of candy, they will want to clean more. But be sure to keep the size of the reward small, they can't expect too much. . OLDER KIDS . Sometimes, threatening to take things away is the only option, but don't get frustrated. The more you are angry, the more the teen is angry. Keep calm and try some of these ideas! . -Give them tips, how to do this faster, or a way to keep this more organized. . - Help them out, don't do all the work but they might not dread cleaning if you do it together. . - KEEP THEM ORGANIZED! The more organized the teen is in the beginning, it will be easier to keep them organized. Girls especially enjoy their room looking cool, get them patterend storage bins, or cool chairs that open up and store things in the bottem. . - Don't wait for their room to get REALLY messy and then clean it. Set a day once a week to take 20 minutes and clean their room, it will be eaiser to keep it clean if their is less to clean! . - Have them get rid of stuff that isn't needed little by little. The teen will not have as much to clean. BUt, make sure they don't get rid of everything at once! That could be very stressful. A little at a time is better so they could take ten minutes of an easy job instead of a 3 hour, stressful job.
