The question should be, "How should electrical current measured?"

Current is measured in Amperes using an Ammeter placed in series with the conductor of the current. This is impractical, so most ammeters have windings of wire that pick up the field generated around the conductor in question. This winding, or coil, is very carefully sized and the meter very carefully calibrated to yield correct readings of current without a direct connection.

Why does a low voltage circuit create more amperage than a high voltage circuit?

That depends on what you mean. If you mean why does a circuit which has a high voltage side and a low voltage side have a greater average current on the low voltage side, it is probably because of power conservation: P = IV. If this is not what you mean, you will have to be more specific!

How do you measure electricity and with what measurement?

With kitchen tongs. A mild tingling indicates low voltage/low amperage. Muscular spasms indicate high voltage/low amperage. Unconsciousness sans death indicates low voltage/moderate amperage. Death indicates high amperage. Good luck.

Why is primary coil in step up transformer thick?

A step up transformer converts low voltage, high amperage current to a high voltage, low amperage current. It requires large diameter wire to carry the high amperage in the primary coil.

What is high voltage circuit breaker?

High voltage the switch blade must be long enough to break the arc low voltage means a smaller switch low amperage means smaller wire and contacts 120V 1/2" switch 13,200V 18" switch vacuum switches can be made smaller since there is no air to ionize

What is the maximum amperage usually encountered by a low-voltage thermostat?

2 amps

What are voltage dividers?

Voltage dividers are used in a linear circuit to separate the input voltage into a small portion known as the output voltage. It is commonly used to get a low voltage signal equal to the voltage being measured.

What is the resistance of a cars spark plug since a spark plug is an open circuit?

The resistance measured under low voltage conditions should be infinite. High voltage ... like that that produces the spark ... behaves differently.

How does the low-voltage circuit controls the power to the high-voltage circuit?

Through a relay or some other kind of high voltage switching device.
