It all depends on exactly what sort of arthritisyou have. however the bad news is that there is no cure for Arthritis and any damage done by the disease can not be easily set right aside from joint replacements. however there is sometime some relief in strengthening the muscles in and around the feet in order to give the joints better support. If there is inflammation then anti inflammatory'ss should be immediately considered to avoid possible further damage to joints.

Ever get tired of trusting the pharmaceutical companies with your body. So many side effects for a very small benefit. This stuff is made from ingredients that are not man made but provided by nature. No side effects just soothing results. This is for topical application and helps relieve skin conditions and pain.

Eczem...a,Psoriasis, Acne, to name just a couple of applications. It has all but cleared up my sister in law's psoriasis. My sister has been making this stuff for a few years with a small but loyal following of people who have used it. i have used it myself and it really helps joint pain.

Depending on what type of foot pain you have and the severity of the pain, you can soak your foot in hot water and add Epsom salt. This should relieve the pain of minor foot pain. If your symptoms are worse, you may want to visit a doctor to consider if the pain is caused by arthritis, an injury, or possibly poor fitting shoes.
