Currently Walmart has the Sony HDMI Cable w/ USB Cable Pack (PS3) for $34.97 and it is the same price as just the Sony 6.5' HDMI Cable (PS3) and without the extra charging cable

It can also happen when you purchase a cheap HDMI cable that stops working or when something is just disconnected from either end of the PS3 A/V or HDMI cable
