Life itself is full of distractions, daily pressures, and heavy responsibility This means that stress is an everyday part of life. It is impossible for anyone to be "stress free" so to speak. Yet, if we take the time to put into action organization and prioritize our responsibilities we have more of a chance of decreasing our stress level. This type of organization doesn't leave one in a state of panic because responsibilities did not get accomplished.

if there is much to do and little time to do it in one feels rushed and overwhelmed. But, if you prioritize your responsibilities from the most important and pressing to the least, then follow that order in accomplishing them you will feel less pressure. All of this organization leads to less stress, thus less health problems.
