by not killing it or destroying its natural habitat
By planting more bamboos for the panda to eat or stop killing them because they are already endangered animals. They will be extinct after.
The first step taken was in 1958 when China established the Wolong National Nature Reserve to protect Giant Pandas. In the 1990's, several laws were enacted to help their survival in reserves, including gun control and removal of human residents. But their status is primarily due to habitat loss, which means their only real hope of returning to healthy figures is by reversing trends in deforestation and human disturbance of the forest.
by stop cutting down trees hunting them for their fur and build a proper security for them
there are many ways but the most basic is to donate to charities that are for pandas
People can stop stealing all the bamboo from the forest and leave them alone so they can reproduce!

Because it is very special and its fur/skin is worth lots of money.
Pandas have been around for years, it would be terrible for them to become extinct during this enlightened period. Future generations would only experience this wonderful creature through some recorded form, or books and pictures. The current decline of the Giant Panda is not part of a "natural process," but is due primarily to humans destroying their habitat. Since humans are directly responsible for the decline in the population, humans need to be socially responsible, and attempt to save them from extinction. There is interdependence among all living creatures and their habitats. The species that prey on the young panda would be adversely affected if the Giant Panda were to become extinct. Plus, the Giant Panda is considered an "umbrella species". When the panda, and it's habitat are protected, all the other wild species that share that forest ecosystem are also protected. The other species, suffering from habitat destruction can flourish, all the plant and animal species that make up the foundation of a healthy ecosystem are given the protection offered by the "umbrella species". But losing one major component of an ecosystem, such as the Giant Panda, can trigger the loss of many other plant and animal species, creating a domino effect. For more details, please see the sites listed below.
We shouldn't kill giant pandas because they are beneficial to the environment and are not a threat to humans. They are endangered due to over hunting and habitat destruction.

Pandas should be protected because they are an essential part of the food chain, and without them, the balance of the food chain may collapse(and plus they are just too cute).

  1. Other species are becoming extinct like the panda. Faster than the natural cycle. That's why we should save pandas.
