Well.. First you got to take out ALL the screws in your door panel.. Just search EVERYWHERE for any screws.. take them all out.. then.. slowly pull on the bottom corners to get the panel locks to unfasten.Just pull towards youself. This will take a little bit of force, but once you get one.. It will be easier..Then you can put your hand behind the panel locks to pull them out easier.. There is also a tool you can buy then unfasten the panel locks.. but psh.. Not really needed. After you work your way up the door panel.. and all screws and panel locks are unfastened.. slide the door panel UPWARDS to release the "lip" of the door panel from the frame of the door. Then there will prolly be plastic wrap or some type of insulation on the door frame that you will have to take off.. Then you will see some big openings in the frame where you can fit your hands through.. lol.. that's all the room ya need. There will be either BOLTS or RIVETS holding the window motor to inside of the frame.. if they are bots.. your good to go.. unbolt.. take out replace.. bolt up.. ect ect ect.. If there are rivets holding the motor on.. Just use a small drill bit.. and drill the rivets outs. The motor will fall off the frame. The new motor will either use nuts or someother type of way to re attach it to the frame.. This can be a tricky job.. but quite simple if you take your time.. Hope this helps

If it is electric windows it is the motor which needs replacing or it could be the regulator
have someone check the wiring of the window control panel, if its not that, its your window motor, for a '90 a used motor from a junk yard probably wouldn't be more than 30 bucks
Begin by removing the inside door panel. Remove the wiring harness from the electric window regulator. Remove the window regulator retaining screws.
replace window regulator assembly.
Replace the window regulator.
cANNOT GET THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW UP, IT IS PARTWAY DOWN AND HAVE TRIED SPRAYING CLEANER IN IT, NO GO. WHAT DO I DO? The switch, or relay, for that window is faulty, or worn out (since drivers window is most used). Replace it.
