It has no governor. Speed is controled by means of rev limiter software in the ECU.
actualy it dose have one its set to 170 kph so you dont exceed the rating of the tires that limi is set to lt and ls models and its controlled by the trans and the ecm i turn wrenches at a local chev dealer
