I think that what you mean to ask is, how can you find challenges for yourself. There are many challenging goals that you might choose. I would not recommend trying to climb Mount Everest; many people have attempted that particular challenge and the death rate is extremely high. There has to be a reasonable balance between the challenge and the practicality of accomplishing that challenge. So, perhaps you would like to learn another language. That is definitely a challenge, and although not everyone can succeed in learning another language, nobody has died as a result of their studies, either. Perhaps you would like to lose weight and get in shape. Perhaps you would like to have a better paying job, which might require you to learn a new and more lucrative profession. Perhaps you would like to find your soul mate and get married. Perhaps you would like to enter politics and run for office, and help make the country better. Perhaps you would like to write your memoirs, or write a novel, or a poem. All these things can be challenges. There are lots more. Think about what you would like to do.
