go to your local dollar tree and buy 2 bags of emsom salt poor one bag in a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 min. emsom salt works great for many diff things even herpes and other vaginal infections. another way if to try garlic clovers to slow down the discharge and smell if there is one. also you can doche but only once a moth it also works but never more than once a moth it can make it worse. be sure to use unsented soaps and body washes, wear panie liners, DO NOT EVER put anything with an fragrance down there will make it worse. avoid tight clothing and try and stay out of the heat. the heat and sun makes the smell more noticable and allows the discharge to flow more rapidly. you can also try over the counter meds. i hope this helps.
Eat a acidic diet, drink more fluids, wear cotton panties and douching with vinegar.
Home remedies for treatment of bacterial vaginosis is to clean thoroughly with boiled - medicinal herbs like guava leaves, and wash it day and night until healed.
A pod of garlic swallowed whole with water - just like a pill - twice a day. To fight the infection.

A mixture of well strained camomile tea with cinnamon water (Water with 2/3 cinnamon sticks boiled down to half) - put in a spray can and sprayed a few times a day. The camomile soothes, the cinnamon fights bacteria.
There are none. You need medication before it spreads. See your doctor.
There is no home remedy for bacterial vaginosis. Vinegar douching may help bacterial vaginosis. But this is not tried and is unnecessary.

Are there any over the counter cure for bacteria vaginitis over the counter?

It's my understanding that over the counter treatments while soothing do little to clear the infection. I have heard of a home remedy using believe it or not PLAIN Yogurt with active cultures. It's supposed to stop the unfriendly bacteria and repopulate with friendly bacteria. The quick and dirty application that I heard sometime ago was to apply it to a tampon every evening and insert. Do this for seven days and it should clear up. Or you could go to your doctor.

Are there any home remedies for canine bladder infection?

There are home remedies that are available on the internet (just Google the keywords listed in your question). However, a bladder infection in a dog is caused by bacteria. If the bacteria are not killed, they can cause an ascending infection, attack the kidneys and in long-standing infections cause kidney failure which is invariably fatal. Using home remedies for infections that can generally be easily, effectively and affordably treated through conventional Western medicine is not advised.

Can a urinary tract infection cause a negative result?

If you are pregnant, the urinary tract infection should not have any bearing on the result of your test. The test looks for hCG in the urine, and this is present if you are pregnant regardless of any infection.

What is kennel cough?

Kennel cough is the lay term for an upper respiratory infection caused by Bordetella bacteria. The infection causes a characteristic dry cough in dogs, and is often seen in dogs after they return home from a stay in the kennel - hence the name "kennel cough". Treatment consists of antibiotics for a couple of weeks to kill the bacteria. An effective vaccine is now available and is typically required by kennels before your dog can be boarded there.

Can penicillin get rid of sore throat?

It might if the sore throat is due to an infection by bacteria that are sensitive to penicillin, and most bacteria that cause sore throats are. However, the most common causes of a sore throat are viruses and viral infections are not treated with antibiotics like penicillin, since viruses (e.g., the cold and flu viruses) are not sensitive to or "killed" by antibiotics like bacteria are. You may want to try some of the home remedies given in the related question, or contact your health care professional for evaluation and treatment.

Yes.

You have been having some off and on bladder discomfort and took a home uti test It said positive for leukocytes but not nitrites- does this mean you have the infection?

First - you need to visit your doctor!!! If the test is positive, which it is, you need treatment, which you can only get from your doctor! What do these results mean? It means there are White blood cells in your urine, enough to make the test positive which is abnormal. As far as a negative nitrite test... If this is positive, it means you have Gram negative bacteria in your urine and need to be treated with antibiotics. If this is negative it can mean a few things - but the 3 big meanings are: 1.) there wasn't enough time fro the bacteria to make nitrites from nitrates OR 2.) you have an infection caused by Gram-positive bacteria (which do not make this test positive) OR 3.) there may be no bacteria. Bottom line - you cannot diagnose yourself, so see a physician. A urinary tract infection can turn VERY serious in a hurry, so you'll need treatment if you have an infection!
