In very simple terms, you divide the load's power by the supply voltage, in order to determine the load current. But, in practice, it is much more complicated that this because you may need to take, for example, diversity into account. 'Diversity' tells us, for example, what percentage of a range's (oven's) total power rating should be used (based on the fact that it is unlikely that it rarely operates at full load) when determining its load. The required procedures and diversity allowances for doing this are laid down in the wiring regulations for your country, so you will need to follow these regulations.
