The model could be on a metal model plate, or on a sticker. The model label could be anywhere on the saw, look over it on every part for the numbers.
there is usually a little tab on the saw somewhere that gives all the info for the particular tool. assuming it hasn't been peeled off.

The model number is on the water table directly after the serial number, usually a letter ranging from A thru I with I the least fancy.
