Try thinking about what you want to dream about a while for you go to sleep..Lay in the bed and relax and concentrate on it.Now this is not a 100% way ..but it can work and you may want to give it a try.It works for me often,but if you have a lot on your mind it wont work..Good luck.

I dont think you can really make yourself have a dream about a spacific thing, but sometimes if you think about what you want to dream about before you go to bed you have a better chance of dreaming about it
