How do you kindly end a friendship?

It's wonderful to hear of someone that cares about the person they want to break up with. There is no real kind way to break up with someone that loves you. Just be honest and tell them you are sorry, but you have fallen out of love with them and you need to move on and tell them you hope they find true happiness in their own life. It's not an easy task, but should be done as soon as possible.

The best way is honestly, but choose your words wisely. No matter how you put it you will hurt the person, but if you aren't honest it will hurt them more. Go somewhere quiet and express your feelings and tell them that you have a need to experience more of life and that you need to end the friendship. I know what you are saying, but can you answer this for me? There is a girl at my school, she is really weird and everytime something doesn't go her way she gets upset and whines. Everytime I want to end it I try to keep it ok but she flips out and walks away. I need help because I say that we can't hang out she runs away and like ten minutes later she comes back. I can't take it anymore! She is annoying, and she stole my money once! The new school year is coming and I am afraid she will follow me around. I ignored her this whole summer, so I think that might of gave her a hint, but I cannot hang out with her anymore. She is jelous when I get new friends and hates it when I don't hang out with her. PLEASE HELP! :( I am a twelve you old girl in grade six asking for help!!!! :(

just tell them how you feel about it, give them a reason at least. and then simply say that its over, or you want to take a break for awhile.
