About the only way is to keep the dog away from goats. If your dog has already had a meal of goat chances are would be more than happy to do the same again if given the chance. Eating goat would be a normal instinct for a dog just as eating chickens or mice would be. Some dogs have a stronger connection to this natural prey instinct than others and the only thing we can do is to keep the dog from getting into situations where it is tempted.
Once a dog has killed a cat, he can never be trusted unsupervised around them again. That means keep your dog on a leash or confined to his yard when outside. Inside, keep dogs in one part of the house and cats in another. Before you consider letting the dog have contact with cats again, consult a qualified animal behaviorist. Not a dog trainer, but a behaviorist. Choose one that is willing to come to your home and observe your dog and your cat together and advise you on how to keep everyone safe.
If it is your dog tie it up or euthanase it. If it is the neighbours dog let them know it it does it again you will shoot it (but check with your local council by-laws).
No, killing cats and dogs contributed to the plague, which was carried by fleas on rats. By eliminated millions of cats and dogs that would have kept the rat populations at bay, people actually furthered the spread and devastation of the plague.
I am a zoo keeper and I have done some research on a Pallas's Cats and found out there are 742 Pallas's Cats left in the world In 2002 there were about 2382 of them and in 1982 there were about 6525 of them and if we don't stop killing them they are going to be extincted in about 13 years
because its like killing a human
people kill dogs and cats because they are selfish (for fur) they cant understand the feelings of animals . even they have freedom . I too hope people stop killing them. they are not born to be killed for some use . I wish now crazy people stop killing cats and dogs at least now Actually I think that some places actually eat cats while other places worship cats or used to as a whole god and keep them as pets/friends. Dogs they kill because again some places eat dog, I don't know what either one tastes like nor would I like to find out, no thank but thank you for the offer, I think, anyway other than that yea for their fur, but really no reason. Some kids well teens who are bored and have nothing to do if you see it on the news and stuff torture them it is AWFUL!
Absolutely not. The instinct to kill a chicken is in every canine. It is up to you to teach the dog not to attack a chicken. Once the dog understands the chickens are "part of your pack" it may herd them but it will not kill them. There are no bad dogs just bad owners/ trainers.
Call City Hall and see if they have leash laws and if so then call Animal Control and report the dog and owner .
Give them condoms...?
Stop killing them. o.O
Buy a dog. A mean one.
don't bother. Dog or cat. you choose STOP BRINING YORBEL!

Separate the dog from the puppies now.
put him in a bench. Either tether the dog or lock the dog up in a pen.

No. Tomato juice is highly acidic, and since dog urine is already acidic, the tomato juice will just further increase the urine's acidity (decreasing pH), further killing the grass. The only way to stop dog urine from killing the grass is to lime the area where the dog has urinated. Lime has a high pH (or is basic), and as we all know, a base added to an acid will neutralize the solution or an area.
You kill the lizard first. Then say "HA TAKE THAT PUPPY!" That'll show em.
