I will not feel comfortable by working in a culture like that of SuccessFactors where a certainlevel of "niceness‟ is a part of the job description.Because there may be an uncomfortable workplace for employees. Sometimes the employeesunder supervision of CEO act aggressively but the CEO can not take any strict actions becauseof following certain conditions.
