If he had stopped at his peak, before invading Russia, he might have had a chance to survive. Noeone can win a war, in war there are only loosers. But he might have made to hang on to some of his concured lands. France is doubtful if he could have continued to occupy, since the allies took it back. But they did so only because Hitlers armies where tied up in Soviet. So it's anybody's guess.
Once he tried to concur Russia, his war effort started to go bad. The turning-point? Stalingrad where the entire 13:th army was surrounded, and Goerings Luftwaffe could not deliver replenishments.
From thereon his luck turned, and the Russians threw their massive army against Hitlers. It did not matter that there was 50-60 soldiers killed for each one of the German soldiers; they just kept comming. In a never ending supply. Hilter had awakened the Russian bear, and the Russian-bear crushed him totally.
