Woodrow Wilson at first was hesitant about the war but and after it ended Wilson made the 14 points which made sure that another war would break out for the same reasons. the 14 points tried to get rid of the 4 MAIN causes of the war (militarism, allies, Imperialism, and nationalism.) because he felt the need to make the 14 points he obviously did not like the war or anything that happened because of it
