Actually, Watex was banned because he mentioned a site called "Prize Rebel". That site has forums/quizzes that you get points from when you fill them out. When you get enough points you can buy things form their point shop thing. Watex mentioned them and I think prize rebel is illegal, or at least against the wordpress terms/code of conduct.

Watex has actually revealed why his first character was permanently banned. He says that it was banned because he gave out free Club Penguin membership ~ which of course greatly disobeys CP's rules. He now plays on a different account named Fever. Another answer- -Hmmm, I heard a different version. I thought he said he had a raffle or something, and he got banned from Club Penguin. I don't think it is because he gave out free membership because he still does that.
