When you've navigated to the BBC News website, the process for adding the website as your homepage varies between browsers, though in most cases, you will have to copy the website's URL from the address bar at the top of the browser.

For Google Chrome, you need to open the menu by clicking on the icon with three horizontal lines on top of each other in the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings from that list. On the Settings page, there is a heading under the name of Appearance. Under this heading, there is a check box with the title Show Home Button and a website URL staring with http://www. or similar. If you are using internet explorer click > Tools > Internet Options, select that and then there should be a box saying "Homepage" enter the URL for CNN
