How do I repair a front passenger side turn signal on a 2003 Toyota Tacoma Is it as simple as unscrewing the casing and changing the bulb?

Check out the four recalls from 2005, 2005 and 2006 on www.internetautoguide.com. Two are on exterior lighting problem with a sub-contractor. If you have condensation inside your turn signal lights they need to be replaced as they will cause electrical problems in the long run. They have a seal problem. Call Toyota to see if the recalls were addressed as they still could be a safety issue. I'm just learning of the recalls after buying my Tacoma 6 months ago and will call them tommorrow about these recalls. Hope this helps.
