i do agree they do move by feet. but it is how they move by feet. some have four legs, two, and some have zero. Some walk, run, hop, leap, and even swim.

Albanian water frog was created in 1987.

They go into the water to get wet and come out after a while. A toads skin is dry and a frogs skin is "slimy" which is really water. The frog is also cold-blooded so it must heat up OUT of the water and cool down in the water.
