some fish blink but most do not. out of all the fish i have the only fish that can blink are my corydora catfish. and btw they DO sleep too. someone has a lame sense of humor

Puffer fish can blink also

Possibly, it's too broad to tell. It's like thinking every 8 seconds someone in the world dies and someone is born, if you blink on that 8th second does a human die? It's all coincidence but all in all no, blinking does not directly kill a bird.
