For the most part, they don't affect society any more than other people do.
The only time there could theoretically be a problem is when bisexual men engage in sexual misconduct, such as a male boss firing a man at work for refusing to sleep with him. To be clear, any sexual orientation is capable of sexual misconduct, and people from all orientations have done it. It is just that in the past, gayness and bisexuality were not openly discussed. More people repressed their desires, and because of the stigma, victims of same-sex sexual misconduct refused to speak about it.
Because of the openness of sexual orientation these days, more men may complain of being approached for sex by other men. Some may argue that is a good thing, since straight men now know how women feel about constantly being approached for sex by them.
Science seems to indicate that women are more flexible in their sexual orientation. In addition, bisexuality has probably existed since the beginning of society. So these factors make it hard to see what the difference in society is with it and without it, since it has probably always existed.
So overall, there is really very little effect on society, and what few things that do exist are probably because of society adjusting to it being acceptable again.
