Just turn the key on, wait 5 seconds then turn it off and wait 5 seconds, Then turn key on again and wait 5 seconds. Repeat 1 or 2 more times and then start the truck. If it don't have fuel at the injectors then there is something wrong with fuel pump or fuel pump fuse or fuel pump relay.
