First, make eye contact with him. Then if he looks at you, smile. Then you compliment him on how good he looks. If he smiles, he likes it. When he does smile, ask him his name. All you have to do is make a conversation with him and exchange numbers. But, wait for him to call you first, you dont want it to look like like you're desperate or you're running behind him.
