I do not think that you can fix them. If the keypad isn't responding then you will have to take it to a local mobile phone shop, or your supplier.
it probably means that somebody has tried to get into your mobile and it has locked itself.
They don't work directly, but they might with the 84+ keypad. They won't work directly, but they MIGHT if you use the 84+ keypad.
It's a touch locator. Notice there's a mark on the "F" and "J" on a QWERTY keyboard. They let you know where your fingers are on the keypad/keyboard. Especially useful on a telephone's keypad for those with sight issues.
