Yes. The next one is scheduled for July 21 and 22, 2012.
Are there going to be any more answerthons in 2013 after spring answerthon?
Answerthon is a contest where participants are challenged on a 24 hour answering spree. The most recent one took place between April 20,2013 and ended on April 21, 2013. There are no newly scheduled answerthons at this time.
Can a floating supervisor participate in the answerthon?
Of course they can... The Answerthons are open to everyone (so long as they're a registered user).
