Not in the answer box - but you can include a link (for example to photobucket) in the 'Add related link' option.

No, images cannot be added to WikiAnswers answers. This is because of copyrights. If you wish, you may link to pictures in the related links section, however.

WikiAnswers can add Related Links to questions that show pictures of dogs, but the pictures cannot be added directly to WikiAnswers. If you ask a question asking for a picture of a dog, then you will most likely get an answer with a Related Link to a picture of a dog.
