Start with nozzle at left stop. (B) Press and hold adjustment button down. Rotate nozzle clockwise to desired amount of arc increase, then release adjustment button. (C) Arc increase will automatically be added to right travel limit as shown below.

First examine base foot if it is permanently damaged purchase a completely new head. If salvageable screw off cap remove old head, replace with new. Screw on cap and turn on water hose. It should properly raise a lower.
