A good strategy to beating any Miltank is to use Fighting-type attacks because normal-types such as Miltank are very weak to Fighting-type attacks however you could also use a Ghost-type Pokémon because most of Miltank's normal-type moves won't do anything to a Ghost-type without the use of the Scrappy ability or the Foresight move.

∙ 11y agoPrefarbly you'd want to get yourself a Machop which has great attack well not the best but ok status and with the fighting moves level him up to about level 24 he'll easily be able to defeat her hope this helped :

∙ 7y agoMilotic is a Water-type Pokemon so using Grass-types such as Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko, Venusaur, Gloom, Oddish, Vileplume, Bellossom, Paras, Bellsprout, Victreebel, Exeggcute, Tangela, Tangrowth, Bayleef, Meganium, Grovyle, Sceptile, Skiploom, Jumpluff, Sunflora, Celebi, Lotad, Ludicolo, Seedot, Breloom, Roserade, Roselia, Cacnea, Torterra, Wormadam, Carnivine, Leafeon and Rotom and Electric-types such as Pikachu, Electabuzz, Magnemite, Magneton, Voltorb, Magnezone and Ampharos would be able to beat it.
