Candidates/ applicants must either be licensed Philippine Attorneys or Certified public Accountants. Applicants go to the Training div. at NBI office Taft Ave manila which screens and vets those who want to apply for agent. After passing the physical, medical, psychological tests one goes for training. Training includes physical fitness, defensive tactics, criminal procedure and revise penal code.
