How do you get scan data on the dot Digimon in Digimon World Dawn and Digimon World Dusk?

At the start of every battle an over lay on the screen appears that shows the Digimon being scanned. After so many encounters with the same Digimon, depending on your rank as a tamer and the Digimon's digivolution stage, will eventually increase to 100%. After this has happened, go back to the tamer's house and use the PC on the desk to the right. It will have an option to view scan data. Select this option and it will bring up a list of Digimon that have a percent beside them that ranges from 0 to 999%. Select one that has 100% or higher, the higher percents have higher stats than normal, and choose to create it. It will then have the creation sequence followed by a screen that shows the new Digimon's stats.

For both, you must input a code to Valkyriemon at the Digi-coliseum to obtain a 100% scan. With that said, here are the codes.
Dusk / Dawn:
20060402 for DotFalcomon / Dot Agumon
70307881 for Dot MirageGaogamon / Dot ShineGreymon
The codes are the same, and only one set can be obtained per game. Falcomon and MirageGaogamon for Dusk, and Agumon and ShineGreymon for Dawn.
EDIT: just a small one
After getting the Dot forms of whatever Digimon you get, you can then get them again through normal Digivolutions.

In digimon world dawn and dusk which are for the ds you have to have 100 percent scan data on a digimon.Now, everytime you see a digimon check its scan data which is located at the bottom right side of the bottom screen.if it is at 100 percent or higher go to the digilab,go to digiconvert and convert the digimon you wanted into a actual digimon.
