You can either jack up the front and rear of the truck or go to a oil changing place or muffler shop and have them run it to see if all the 3 wheels run on4X4.

If it shows in 2wd and your sure it's still in 4wd. Back up it sometimes kicks back into 2wd. If that does work check the shift linkages.
