The best nachos have the best guachamole. I have found the best way to make guachamole is;
1 ovocado
1 to 2 cloves of crushed garlic
splash of olive oil
1 spoon of sour cream
pinch of salt and pepper.
Now to make nachos
1 packet of plain salted or unsalted corn chips spreaded out on heat proof plate or tray
sprinckle 2 diced roma tomatoes, 500g of fried mince with some tomato paste. 1 diced grilled red capsicum, 1 diced fried red onion, 1 finely diced green pepper or halapino. Then sprinkle plenty of good shreded cheese,cook under salamander until cheese becomes golden brown then add guachamole and sour cream on top then serve.
